Preparation and Testing Conditions for Button Cells
Recommended formulation for 1 CR2032 button-cell battery paste:
XYGY-1: Super P: CN1-type binder = 8:1:1
Recommended preparation of slurry for 2 CR2032 button-cell batteries:
a) Weigh 339 g of CN1-type binder and add 1161 g of ultrapure water. Using a high-speed stirrer at a rotation speed of 600 r/min, stir the mixture for 300 minutes until the adhesive solution is uniformly dispersed.
b) Weigh 1.728 g of XYGY-1 active ingredient and 0.216 g of Super P, and add them to the slurry tank; gently grind for 10 min.
c) Weigh 6.371 g of the prepared CN1-type binder and add it to the slurry tank, then seal the tank.
d) The slurry was prepared by stirring on a magnetic stirrer for 360 min;
e) The slurry is coated onto copper foil, and the coated anode electrode sheet is vacuum-dried at 80 ℃ for 12 hours.
Recommended testing procedure for 3 CR2032 button-cell batteries:
Let stand for 6 hours, then discharge at 0.1 C down to 0.005 V;
Let stand for 5 min, then discharge at 0.02 C down to 0.005 V;
Let stand for 5 min, then discharge at 0.01 C down to 0.005 V;
Let stand for 5 min, then charge at 0.1 C to 1.5 V;
Let it stand for 5 min, then proceed to step 2 and repeat the cycle 3 times.
