Usage recommendations

The recommended specific capacity for material design is 350–353 mAh/g, and the average tapped density is recommended to be controlled at or below 1.60–1.65 g/cc. This product is suitable for aqueous systems.

Packaging & Transportation and Storage Requirements

1. Packaging requirements

XYSM-1 synthetic graphite must first be placed into plastic bags measuring 650mm × 950mm, sealed, and then packed into cartons. The weight per carton is 25 +0.02 kg, or packaging can be arranged according to the customer’s requirements.

2. Transportation and Storage

a. The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area free from other sources of contamination (recommended: temperature ≤45℃, humidity ≤85%); b. Products should be stacked neatly and cleanly, with clear and easily identifiable markings such as batch numbers and production dates.

C. During transportation, handle with care to avoid damaging the packaging; any product that has leaked out of the package must not be returned to the box.

d. Shelf life is 2 years at room temperature.

Precautions

a) Ensure that the anode electrode capacity per unit area is greater than or equal to the positive electrode capacity per unit area, thereby preventing lithium deposition during the charging process.

b) Ensure a good interface between the separator and the electrode.

c) The areal density and compaction density of the electrode affect the rate capability and performance.

d) This product is a secondary particulate carbonized material; it is recommended to design compaction at 1.60 g/cc for optimal results.
