Usage recommendations
The recommended specific capacity for material design is 340 mAh/g, and the average tap density is advised to be controlled at or below 1.50–1.55 g/cc. This product is suitable for aqueous systems.
Packaging & Transportation and Storage Requirements
1. Packaging requirements
YXA-H synthetic graphite must first be packed into plastic bags measuring 650mm × 950mm, sealed, and then placed into cardboard boxes. The weight per box is 25 +0.02 kg, or packaging can be customized according to the customer’s requirements.
2. Transportation and Storage
The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area free from other sources of contamination (recommended: temperature ≤45℃, humidity ≤85%).
b. Products should be stacked neatly and tidily, and markings such as production batch numbers and dates of manufacture should be clearly legible.
C. During transportation, handle with care to avoid damaging the packaging. Any product that has leaked out of the package must not be returned to the box.
d. Shelf life is 2 years at room temperature.
Precautions
a) Ensure that the anode electrode capacity per unit area is greater than or equal to the positive electrode capacity per unit area, thereby preventing lithium plating during the charging process.
b) Ensure a good interface between the separator and the electrode.
c) The areal density and compaction density of the electrode affect the rate capability and performance.
d) This product is made of asphalt coke; it is recommended to design its compaction density at 1.50–1.55 g/cc.
